四川省两城市男性公务员吸烟现状及影响因素研究

摘要

目的 了解四川省两城市男性公务员吸烟状况,探讨影响其吸烟的主要因素.方法 采用问卷调查的方法对四川省两城市324名男性公务员吸烟状况进行调查,描述其吸烟现状;应用二分类Logistic回归探讨男性公务员吸烟的影响因素.结果 两城市男性公务员吸烟率为44.8%;不同学历(x2=10.003,P＜0.05)、单位禁烟情况(x2=6.499,P＜0.05)、家庭禁烟情况(x2=60.368,P＜0.01)对男性公务员吸烟有不同程度的影响.影响男性公务员吸烟的主要因素有被动吸烟相关疾病知识得分、年龄、学历和家庭禁烟规定.结论 调查的男性公务员吸烟受多种因素影响,应根据实际进行吸烟干预,制定家庭禁烟规定,从而改善男性公务员的吸烟行为.%Objective To investigate the status of smoking among the male government staffs in two cities of Sichuan and to analyze the influencing factors of smoking. Methods 324 male government staffs were surveyed with questionnaire. The current situation of smoking among male government staffs was in two cities, and binary logistic regression was adopted to analyze the influencing factors. Results The smoking rate of male government staffs in the two cities was 44. 8％, and it differed from the variation of educational background ( x2 = 10. 003, P ＜ 0. 05), the extent of prohibition on smoking in the workplace (x2 = 6. 499, P ＜0. 05) and at home (x2 =60. 368, P ＜0. 01 ). The main influencing factors of male government staffs were as follows: the knowledge of harmless about passive smoking, educational background and the extent of prohibition of smoking at home. Conclusion It is necessary to intervene the smoking of government staffs, especially set some rules against smoking at home and to change their behavior.
