江西省18岁以上城乡居民超重和肥胖流行情况及影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To learn the overweight and obesity prevalence and related influencing factors among urban and rural residents who are over 18 years old in Jiangxi Province,and to provide references for overweight and obesity pre-vention.Methods A total of 3000 residents aged 18 years and above were selected by using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,and the date was analyzed by unconditional logistic regression.Results The overweight rate among 3000 residents was 25.90%,and the standardized rate was 25.09%.Male residents had higher overweight rate than that in female (28.36%,23.64%).The overweight rates among urban and rural residents aged 18 years old and above were 29.17%and 23.72%,respectively.The obesity rate was 8.13%,and the standardized rate was 7.94%.The obesity rate among male and female residents were 9.06% and 7.28%,meanwhile,10.33% and 6.67% among urban and rural residents who are over 18 years old,respectively.Multifactor analysis showed that over intake of Vegetable oil was risk factor of over-weight and obesity (OR=1.43,95% CI:1.21 -1.69),while regular physical exercise was a protective factor (OR=0.65,95% CI:0.42-0.78).Conclusion The overweight and obesity prevalence are high among rural and urban resi-dences in Jiangxi Province.Comprehensive measures including proper diet,physical exercise,healthy life style etc should be strengthened for overweight and obesity prevention and control.%目的了解江西省18岁以上城乡居民超重和肥胖流行状况，探讨相关影响因素，为开展居民超重和肥胖防治工作提供参考。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样抽取江西省18岁及以上常住居民3000人，由经统一培训的调查员采取面对面询问的方式开展问卷调查，采用多因素非条件Logistic回归。结果江西省18岁以上居民超重率25.90％，标化率25.09％，男、女性超重率分别为28.36％和23.64％，18岁以上城乡居民超重率分别为29.17％和23.72％；调查对象肥胖率8.13％，标化率为7.94％，男、女性肥胖率分别为9.06％和7.28％，18岁以上城乡居民肥胖率分别为10.33％和6.67％。多因素分析结果显示，经常参加体育锻炼是超重与肥胖的保护性因素（OR＝0.65，95％ CI：0.42～0.78），而植物油摄入过多为危险因素（OR＝1.43，95％ CI：1.21～1.69）。结论江西省18岁以上城乡居民超重与肥胖流行水平较高，应加强合理膳食、适量运动和采取健康生活方式等措施进行综合干预。
