大型健康传播活动传播效果评价

             

摘要

目的 以北京市第三届健康之星评选活动为例,研究大型健康传播活动的传播效果,为政府开展大型健康传播活动提供参考.方法 采用问卷调查的方式,对311名参赛选手及400位北京市居民进行调查.结果 参赛选手对活动总体满意度为94.4%,98.4%的选手表示活动对改善自身健康知识与行为有很大帮助,其中,65.7%的选手认为在“合理运动”方面有明显改善,其他依次是“合理膳食” (63.3%)、“合理作息”(32.3%)、“心理平衡”(30.7%)和“合理用药”(20.0%).80.9%的选手在21 d内成功改变了周围1个人的1种不健康行为.市民对活动的认知度为15%.结论 参赛选手对活动满意度较高,活动对参赛选手的健康知识和行为有很大帮助.%Objective To study the effect of large-scale health communication activities and provide basis for the government to carry out large-scale health communication activities.Methods Taking the 3nd "Health Model" Contest of Beijing as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 311 contestants and 400 residents.Results The overall satisfaction of the contestants was 94.4%.98.4% of the contestants said it was helpful to improve their health knowledge and behavior.Among them,65.7% of the contestants considered that there was a significant improvement in "reasonable exercise",followed by "reasonable diet" (63.3 %),"reasonable rest" (32.3 %),"psychological balance" (30.7%) and "rational drug use" (20.0%).80.9% of the contestants successfully changed 1 kind of unhealthy behavior in 21 days.The activity awareness rate of Beijing residents was 15%.Conclusion The overall satisfaction of the contestants was high.The contest was helpful to improve their health knowledge and behavior.
