攀枝花市居民登革热防治知识行为态度调查分析

摘要

目的 了解攀枝花市居民对登革热防治知识的知晓情况,为制定有效的、具有针对性的健康教育策略提供依据.方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,利用自行编制调查问卷在全市共调查15~65周岁1100人,采用集中调查和入户调查相结合的方式进行知识行为态度调查.结果 攀枝花市居民对登革热知识知晓率水平偏低(45.02%).年龄以18~29岁(47.59%)和30~50岁(47.06%)年龄组知识知晓率明显高于<18岁(42.58%)和>50岁(34.00%)年龄组,文化程度越高,知识知晓率越高,职业以机关事业单位人员知识知晓率(61.11%)高于其他职业,地区以仁和区居民(54.89%)中知识知晓率较其他区(县)高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);在行为调查中发现,大部分居民(97.56%)家庭都有泡菜坛、水养植物等适合蚊虫孳生的场所,且仍有小部分居民家中未采取任何防蚊/灭蚊措施.结论 攀枝花市居民对登革热防治知识知晓率总体水平不高,且存在地区、年龄、职业和文化程度等差异,因此应结合其居民的年龄、文化程度、职业等因素,采取多种途径和方式开展登革热健康教育和卫生知识宣传,提高和改善居民的知识和行为.%Objective To understand the awareness rate of knowledge about Dengue fever in Panzhihua City,and provide evidence for effective and targeted health education strategy.Methods Sample was selected by multistage random cluster sampling method.A self-designed questionnaire was used and 1100 residents aged 15 -65 years old were investigated by group or face-to-face methods.Results The level of knowledge about Dengue fever among residents in Panzhihua was low (45.02%).The awareness rate of knowledge about Dengue fever of the residents aged 18 -29 (47.59%) and 30 -50 (47.06%)were higher than <18 years old (42.58%)and >50 (34.00%).The higher the education level,the higher the knowledge awareness rate.The knowledge awareness rate of staff officers of administration units (61.11%)was higher than other occupations,and the knowledge awareness rate of the residents of Renhe District (54.89%)were higher than other district (P <0.01).In the survey,we found that most households (97.56%)had pickle jar,aquatic plants which were suitable for mosquito breeding,and there were still a small part of residents did not take any preventive /anti mosquito measures.Conclusion The level of knowledge about Dengue fever among residents in Panzhihua was not high,and there were difference among different region,age,occupation and cultural differences.Therefore,residents'age,education,oc-cupation and other factors should be considered to take a variety of ways and means to carry out Dengue health education and health knowledge,improve and enhance the knowledge and behavior of residents.
