介绍了草地土壤有机碳的测定方法、评价指标以及草地土壤碳储量的估算方法,从碳的输入、输出和碳素的转化方面阐述了草地土壤碳素转化与积累的特征,总结了国内外关于草地土壤有机碳的研究结果,并对研究结果进行了对比与评价,指出了当前研究中存在的问题和今后工作的努力方向,为草地生态系统土壤有机碳储量的研究提供参考.%Grassland soil organic carbon pool has become a study focus in the field of grassland ecosystem in recent years following the progress in research on the global climate change and transfer of carbon in various ways in the terrestrial ecosystems. Grassland soil organic carbon is an important component of the global carbon cycle, and it has direct effects on the global carbon balance. The determination methods, e-valuation index and estimation methods of grassland soil carbon storage were introduced. In addition, from the aspects of carbon input, output and conversion of carbon, the characteristics of transformation and accumulation of grassland soil carbon were analyzed. The relevant studies on soil carbon storage in domestic and aboard were summarized and the soil carbon storage in the presence of the major issues was analyzed. Main problems to be resolved in the research on carbon storage of grassland ecosystem and future direction were pointed out. The paper also provided reference for the study of soil organic carbon of grassland ecosystem.
