菊叶委陵菜种子萌发对温度、水分和氮肥的响应

     

摘要

The effects of temperature, moisture and nitrogen fertilizer on the germination of Potentilla tanacetifolia Willd. Were studied. The results indicated that the temperature had a great impact on the germination of the seed, the appropriate temperature was 25X!-; the moisture content for germination was 50% , if the moisture content was excessive, the germination rate was decreased slowly; with the adding of the nitrogen fertilizer, seed germination rate of Potentilla tanaceti folia Willd. Was in a increasing trend, the appropriate concentration of nitrogen fertilizer for germination was 0. 5mmol/L-lmmol/L; the emergence rate, germination rate, vigor index and germination index of the seeds stored for one year were higher than that of seeds collected in the year.%采用室内培养试验方法,研究了温度、水分和氮素供应水平对菊叶委陵菜种子萌发的影响.结果表明:菊叶委陵菜种子适宜发芽温度为25℃;适宜发芽含水量为50%,水分含量超过此值后发芽率缓慢下降;适宜发芽氮肥浓度为0.5mmol/L~1.0mmol/L.贮藏1年的种子与当年采集的种子相比,出苗速度、发芽率、活力指数和发芽指数等指标均较高.
