为研究紫花苜蓿细胞质雄性不育系的生理生化机制,以不育系及其同型保持系为原料,对不同发育时期花蕾中可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量及抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶)活性进行了测定.结果表明,随着花蕾的生长发育和花粉的发育成熟,不育系MS-GN1A花蕾发育各个时期的可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白和游离脯氨酸含量均表现出亏缺现象,而作为膜质过氧化指标的丙二醛和抗氧化酶活性则高于其同型保持系MS-GN1B.%In order to reveal alfalfa physiological and biochemical mechanism of cytoplasmic male steril-ity,the soluble sugar,starch,soluble protein and free proline,malondialdehyde content and antioxidant enzyme(CAT、POD and SOD)in bud of alfalfa male sterile (MS-GN1A)and alfalfa male fertile (MS-GN1B)at different periods were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar,starch, soluble protein and free proline in bud of alfalfa male sterile(MS-GN1A)were of deficit,malondialdehyde and activity of antioxidant enzymes which were membranous peroxide index were higher than MS-GN1B.
