恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子早期诊断中老年人恶性肿瘤的临床价值

摘要

Objective To study the clinical si gnificance of tumor specificgrowth factor(TSGF) in serum of middle and aged per son with malignant tumor.Methods TSGF diagnostic reagent kit from Newland Life Tec hnologies Co Ltd was used to determine TSGF in normal,tumor and non-tumor patie nts.Results There was a marked difference between normal,non -tumor and tumor patients(P＜0.01 or 0.05).Conclusions This result suggested that determination of T SGF can aid to discover malignant tumor early in middle and aged person.%目的 探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)对中老年恶性肿瘤早期诊断的临床价值。方法 选用新大陆生物公司的TSGF测定试剂盒，对160例人血清TSGF含量进行检测。结果 健康人群、恶性肿瘤病人、非恶性肿瘤病人(炎症除外)的TSGF含量及阳性率存在显著差异(P＜0.01或0.05)。结论 TSGF检测是中老年人恶性肿瘤早期诊断的一项简便而灵敏的方法，可列为健康体检的一项指标。
