Early Diagnosis of Tongue Malignancy Using Laser Induced Fluorescence Spectroscopy Technique

摘要

From the in vivo fluorescence spectra analysis of human tongue tissue, it can be attributed that, LIF technique is a promising tool for the early detection of precancerous and cancerous conditions of tongue. Present studies thus suggest that LIF techniques are best used with reference data sets for different disease conditions and different tissue sites.
