老年男性急性冠脉综合征患者游离睾酮水平与妊娠相关蛋白A及细胞间黏附因子1的关系

摘要

Objective To examine the relationship between serum free testosterone ( FT) and inflammatory cytokines such as pregnancy-associated plasma protein A ( PAPP-A) , intracellular adhesion factor-1 ( ICAM-1 ) in old men with acute coronary syndrome ( ACS). Methods Serum was collected from 88 men aged 62 ~78 years. Among the 88 men ,46 were patients with ACS. Ape, weight, Wood lipids including total cholesterol (TC) ,low density iipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C) .high density li|Miprotein cholesterol ( HDI.-C) and triglyceride ( TO) .whether a smoker,sugar levels,hlood pressure, FT, PAPP-A , ICAM-1 were measured. The relationships l>etween FT level and PAPPA, ICAM-1 were examined using a stepwise linear regression technique among all the 88 men. Results There was no statistical difference in terms of age, hlood pressure, whether a smoker, sugar levels, HDL-C belween CHI) patients and controls; whereas results of weight, TC, LDL-C.TG,PAPP-A,ICAM-1 of ACS patients were higher than those of controls ;FT level was lower than that of controls. It was found that among all the objects,FT level was inversely correlated with PAPP-A and ICAM-1. Conclusions FT level was inversely correlated with inflammatory cytokines such as PAPP-A and ICAM-1.%目的 观察老年男性急性冠脉综合征( ACS)患者体内游离睪酮水平(FT)与炎症因子妊娠相关蛋白A(PAPP-A)、细胞间黏附因子-1 (ICAM-1)的相关性.方法 采用酶联免疫法检测88例老年男性体内FT与 PAPP-A、ICAM-1,其中ACS患者46例,同年龄健康对照42例.采用多因素逐步回 归方法分析FT与 PAPP-A、ICAM-1的相关性.结果 老年男性ACS患者体内FT低于对照组(P＜0.01),而PAPP-A、ICAM-1分别高于对照组(P＜0.01),FT水平与 PAPP-A、ICAM-1负相关.结论 老年男性ACS患者体内FT与炎症因子PAPP-A、ICAM-1负相关.
