多囊卵巢综合征患者血清apelin蛋白水平及意义

摘要

目的 检测多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清apelin蛋白水平并探讨其变化意义.方法 50名PCOS患者及20名健康对照者的空腹血糖、胰岛素、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白水平应用化学发光法检测,卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、雌二醇,孕酮、催乳素、睾酮的血清浓度采取磁酶免疫法测定,血清apelin水平采用酶联免疫法测定.结果 PCOS组apelin血清浓度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；其中PCOS体重指数(BMI)≥25 kg/m2患者血清apelin水平高于PCOS BMI ＜25 kg/m2患者(P＜0.05)；PCOS患者血清apelin水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)、BMI、腰臀比(WHR)呈正相关(r=0.43,P ＜0.007;r =0.38,P ＜0.02;r =0.456,P ＜0.003),与高密度脂蛋白(HDL,r=-0.456,P＜0.005)呈负相关；二项Logistic回归分析显示apelin与PCOS发病有关(P＜0.05).结论 PCOS患者血清apelin水平升高,可能参与胰岛素代谢及血管舒缩.%Objective To investigate serum apelin levels in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients. Methods The basal levels of fasting blood glucose, insulin, high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, triglycerides, total cholesterol, follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinising hormone, testosterone, progestin, prolactin estrogen and apelin were measured from 50 PCOS women and 20 healthy women. Results Apelin level of PCOS was higher than that of controls. Apelin in BMI>25 kg/m2 PCOS patients was higher than that of BMI <25 kg/m2(P<0.05). A positive correlation was found between apelin level and HOMA-IR, BM1 and waist/hip ratio (WHR) in the patients with PCOS (respectively r = 0. 43, P < 0. 007; r=0. 38, P < 0.02; r = 0. 456, P < 0. 003), and a negative correlation was found between apelin and HDL (r - - 0.456, P < 0. 005). Logistic analysis showed that apelin levels was relative with the development of PCOS ( P <0.05). Conclusions The increased serum apelin levels might contribute to the developing of PCOS. It might play a key role in insulin metabolism and vasomotion.
