K－CoxB－JN复方提取物对CVB3感染小鼠心肌损伤的保护作用

摘要

Objective To discuss the myocardial protection about viral myocarditis mice induced by CVB 3 about compound extrac-ting flavonoids and saponins from Againsting coxsackie virus B viral myocarditis capsule ( KC-oxB-JN) .Methods The influences from inde-xes of the hearts and spleens,CK,LDH,CK-MB,cTnI,SOD and MDA through different groups from compound extracting were observed.Re-sults The group of compound flavonoids and the group of( flavonoids+saponins) controled the activities about CK,LDH,CK-MB and cTnI, and improved the the contents of SOD and MDA.Conclusions K-CoxB-JN compound extracting could control the activities about CK,LDH, CK-MB,cTnI,SOD and MDA from the mice injuryed myocardial,and K-CoxB-JN compound flavonoids and saponins could protect the myo-cardial cells.%目的：探讨抗柯萨奇病毒B病毒性心肌炎胶囊（K－CoxB－JN）复方提取物总黄酮和总皂苷对于CVB3病毒感染小鼠心肌损伤模型的保护作用。方法将复方提取物分为不同组别，观察其对小鼠心脾指数、小鼠血清肌酸激酶（ CK）；乳酸脱氢酶（ LDH）、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶（ CK－MB）、心肌肌钙蛋白I（ cTnI）、超氧化物歧化酶（ SOD）、丙二醛（ MDA）的影响。结果 K－CoxB－JN复方总黄酮低、中、高三组、黄酮＋皂苷中剂量组及水提物组对于心肌酶CK、CK－MB及cTnI的活性具有明显抑制作用，K－CoxB－JN复方总黄酮中、高三组及黄酮＋皂苷组升高SOD活性，K－CoxB－JN复方总黄酮中剂量组、黄酮＋皂苷中剂量组及水提物组降低MDA的含量。结论 K－CoxB－JN复方提取物对心肌损伤小鼠血清 CK、LDH 、CK－MB、cTnI有抑制作用，对SOD 和MDA均有改善作用，K－CoxB－JN复方提取物对心肌具有保护作用。
