目的：全面回顾中国老年护理健康评估的研究现状，系统总结和分析中国老年护理健康评估项目的实施情况。方法经检索人员讨论确定检索词及检索策略，电子检索VIP、CNKI数据库，查找2004年至今发表的所有有关老年护理健康评估的文献。由两名研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取并交叉核对，如有分歧讨论解决，必要时参考第三方意见。采用定性方法系统总结纳入文献的研究结果。结果最终纳入13篇文献；地区分布包括北京、上海、重庆、湖北、江苏、广东、辽宁、河北、陕西；研究人群包括社区、养老院、住院及门诊老人，百岁老人，退休老年干部及特殊病种老年人等；老年护理健康评估一般包括身体健康评估、心理健康评估和社会健康评估三个维度的不同指标。结论评价结果显示，山东省尚未开展老年护理健康评估；纳入文献中针对老年人高级日常生活能力（ ADL）评估较少，量表多选用ADL量表，其他量表使用率较低；缺乏针对老年角色功能及所处物理环境的评估；多为横断面研究，其本身存在方法学局限性；评估内容较单一，缺乏综合性。以后应加强针对老年人群的全面系统的护理健康评估。%Objective To systematically summarize and analyze the implementation of the evaluation project of China elderly health care.Methods All old nursing health assessment in VIP, CNKI database published since 2004 were searched.Methods All old nursing healthassessmentinVIP,CNKIdatabasepublishedsince2004weresearched.Results 13literatureswereincluded;regionaldistributionin-cluding Beijing,Shanghai,Chongqing,Hubei,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Liaoning,Hebei,Shaanxi,population studies including communities,nursing homes,hospitalization and outpatient elderly,centenarians,retired old cadres and special diseases in the elderly.Elderly nursing health assess-ment was included physical health assessment,evaluation of psychological health and social health assessment.The geriatric nursing health as-sessment had not yet been carried out in Shandong;less for evaluating elderly advanced ability of daily life;scale selection was made of activi-ties of daily living ( ADL);lack of evaluation for the aged characters,functions,and the physical environment;the study method was limited;evaluation content was single,lack of comprehensive.Conclusions Health assessment for the elderly population should be strengthened.
