PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an assurance risk of an ESCO operator caused by a weather variation risk, and to stabilize profitability. PSOLUTION: The amount of energy that varies by the variation of weather is calculated and outputted based on information about a reference energy consumption amount before introduction for each customer who has introduced ESCO business, the information about estimated energy consumption amount after the customer introduces it, the information about the energy reduction amount which is obtained by subtracting the estimated energy consumption amount from the reference energy consumption amount, the information about an energy saving technology which the customer has introduced and the energy reduction amount for each energy saving technology, and the information about a relationship between the variation amount of weather and that of the energy reduction amount from respective energy saving technologies.
