Objective To investigate the correlation between the needs of peer support and social support among patients with chem-otherapy for breast cancer.Methods Totally 212 patients with chemotherapy for breast cancer were investigated with general information questionnaire,the questionnaire of self-made the peer support needs of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy and Social Support Rating Scale.Results The total scores of peer support needs of breast cancer patients with chemotherapy and social support were 68.41±11.87 and 39.57±4.98,respectively. The each dimension of social support was significant correlated to the peer information needs,subjective support and availability of support was significant correlated to the peer support forms(P<0.05).Conclusions It is suggested to give the breast cancer patients peer support and encourage their families to provide more support for better acceptance and adjustment.%目的 探讨化疗乳腺癌患者对同伴支持的需求及与社会支持的相关性.方法 采用便利抽样的方法抽取上海市4所医院的212例化疗乳腺癌患者,采用一般资料调查表、自己编制的化疗乳腺癌患者对同伴支持的需求问卷以及社会支持评定量表调查研究对象的一般情况、对同伴支持的需求情况以及社会支持状况.结果 化疗乳腺癌患者对同伴支持需求总分为(68.41± 11.87)分,社会支持总分为(39.57±4.98)分(P<0.05).社会支持总分与信息需求呈显著负相关(r=-0.205,P<0.01),与同伴支持形成(r=-0.075)、情感需求(r=-0.030)无关(均P>0.05),说明患者社会支持越多对同伴信息的需求越少.主观支持与同伴支持形式(r=-0.142,P<0.05)、信息需求(r=-0.195,P<0.01)呈负相关,与情感需求无关(r=-0.107,P>0.05).对社会支持的利用度与同伴支持形式(r=0.269,P<0.01)、信息需求(r=0.150,P<0.05)呈正相关,与情感需求无关(r=0.091,P>0.05).结论 在为化疗乳腺癌患者提供同伴支持时,应动员家属朋友等对患者进行支持,使患者能接受自己的疾病,减轻痛苦.
