Homocysteine is a risk factor for ischemic stroke.The association between homocysteine and ischemic stroke has been becoming a hot spot of research all over the world,but has not yet got a consistent result up to now.In this article,we reviewed the pathogenic mechanism,intervention,new treatment strategies,and summarized the current progress of the association of homocysteine with ischemic stroke.%同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是缺血性卒中的危险因素.近年来,同型半胱氨酸与缺血性卒中的关系成为国内外研究的热点,且尚未得到一致结果.本文对致病机制、干预治疗及治疗新策略进行探索,综述同型半胱氨酸与缺血性卒中相关性的研究现状.
