老年糖尿病患者口腔颌面部感染临床治疗体会

摘要

目的:总结分析伴有糖尿病的口腔颌面部感染的老年患者临床特征和治疗经验.方法:对2016年内就诊的20例严重口腔颌面部感染合并糖尿病老年患者的一般资料、病因、实验室检查指标、治疗方法和治疗结果进行分析.结果:老年糖尿病口腔颌面部感染患者的治疗在严格控制血糖的情况下,用药剂量大,疗程长,预防并发症.结论:老年人口腔颌面部感染伴有糖尿病患者应加强宣教,与专科合作控制血糖水平,规范化用药.%Objective:To summarize the experience of clinical features and treatment in elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial infections with diabetes mellitus.Methods:The general information,etiology,laboratory results,treatment and outcome of 20 elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection in our hospital in 2016 were analyzed.Results:In the case of strict control of blood glucose,oral maxillofacial infections in elderly patients with diabetes had in a large dose drugs,the longer course of treatment,more complications under strict control of blood glucose.Conclusions:Propaganda and education,cooperation with specialist to control blood sugar level and standardization medication should be closed attention for the elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial infections and diabetes mellitus.
