自体荧光成像诊断消化道肿瘤的临床应用进展

摘要

Early diagnosis and treatment can improve the outcomes of patients with gastrointestinal neoplasms. Although digestive endoscopy is considered as a best method to diagnose gastrointestinal neoplasms,some early stage,flat-type neoplasms may be overlooked by routine endoscopy. In recent years,endoscopic autofluorescence imaging( AFI)as a new technique, has been widely applied in clinical practice for enhancing the endoscopic diagnostic accuracy of gastrointestinal neoplasms,especially for early stage,flat-type neoplasms. This article reviewed the clinical application of AFI for diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms.%消化道肿瘤的早期诊断和早期治疗有助于改善患者的预后，内镜是诊断消化道肿瘤的最佳方法，但在普通白光内镜下，一些早期平坦型肿瘤可能会漏诊。为提高内镜诊断消化道肿瘤，特别是早期平坦型肿瘤的准确性，近年内镜下自体荧光成像（ AFI）作为一项新技术已广泛应用于临床。本文就AFI诊断各类消化道肿瘤的临床应用进展作一综述。
