益生菌制剂治疗肠易激综合征的荟萃分析

摘要

Objective To systematically assess the effects of probiotic agents for treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods Key words in electronic database were searched to retrieve the relevant documents for the inclusion of the quality evaluation. The basic data were retrieved from the studies for systemic review. Results Twenty-nine documents were retrieved, there were nine papers of blind random research including 1 105 patients. In contrast with the placebo treatment, probiotic agents significantly improved global symptoms [ OR = 1. 42, 95% CI = ( 1. 11, 1. 82), P =0.006], abdominal pain relief [SMD = -0. 90, 95% CI = ( - 1.47, -0. 33) ,P =0. 002] , bloating alleviation [OR=2.79, 95%CI = (1.46,5.33) ,P=0.002] , but flatulence reduction did not significant alleviation [SMD = - 0.46 , 95 % CI = ( - 0.93 ,0. 02 ) , P = 0. 06 ]. Conclusion Probiotic agents are safe and effective for treatment of IBS especially in abdominal pain and bloating.%目的 系统评价益生菌制剂对肠易激综合征的疗效.方法 利用英文检索词检索相关电子数据库,对纳入的文献进行质量评价,提取基本数据进行荟萃分析.结果 检索到文献29篇,有9个双盲随机对照研究符合要求.共1 105例患者纳入分析,对能提取数据的文献作系统评价,提示益生菌制剂对肠易激综合征总体疗效优于安慰剂[OR= 1.42,95％可信区间(95％CI)=(1.11,1.82),P=0.006],能有效改善腹痛[SMD= -0.90,95％ CI=(- 1.47,-0.33),P=0.002]、腹胀[OR =2.79,95％ CI=( 1.46,5.33),P=0.002],但胃肠胀气[SMD=-0.46,95％CI=(-0.93,0.02),P=0.06]未显著改善.结论 益生菌制剂能有效改善肠易激综合征的总体症状,尤其是腹痛和腹胀等方面.
