无痛内镜下取胃内超长金属异物1例

摘要

Foreign bodies is a common disease. The technology of gastric foreign body extraction under endoscope is already very mature,but the foreign body of length over 5 cm extracion under endpscope often results in serious complications. The metal foreign body of 13.5 cm length was removed successfully in this case.%上消化道异物是一种常见病,内镜下取胃内异物的技术也已很成熟,但内镜下取出长度大于5 cm的异物易产生严重并发症.本例成功取出一长为13.5 cm的金属异物.
