乙型肝炎孕妇服用拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯2例

摘要

To observe the safety of lamivudine combined with adefovir dipivoxil for the baby and the mother of hepatitis B pregnant women. Pregnancy were twice in the oral lamivudine 100 mg before pregnancy adefovir dipivoxil 10 mg, 1 time/d; another example of adefovir dipivoxil suspended before pregnancy, pregnancy after 25 weeks plus. Neonatal and maternal were found no adverse reactions.%观察乙型肝炎孕妇应用拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯对婴儿及母体的安全性.1例两次妊娠均于妊娠前口服拉米夫定100 mg、阿德福韦酯10 mg,1次/d;另1例于妊娠前停用阿德福韦酯,妊娠后25周加用.新生儿及母体未发现不良反应.
