长链非编码RNA MEG3在消化道肿瘤中的研究进展

         

摘要

Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of macromolecular ncRNA which plays a regulatory role in many biological processes, it mainly regulates the expression of 3 genes from the molecular level of genetic regulation, transcription and post transcription, and then participates in many pathological and physiological processes, such as inflammation, apoptosis, tumor and so on.Maternally expressed gene 3 (MEG3) is a lncRNA, which is encoded by maternal imprinting gene.The study of its function shows that MEG3 plays an important role in inhibiting cancer in occurrence and development of gastrointestinal cancer.The recent advances in the research in MEG3 in gastric cancer, gallbladder cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer and other gastrointestinal tumors were reviewed in this article.%长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA, lncRNA)是一类能在多种生物学过程中发挥调控作用的大分子ncRNA,主要从遗传调控、转录调控及转录后调控三个层面调控基因分子的表达,进而参与到炎症、凋亡、肿瘤等多种病理、生理过程中.母系表达基因3(maternally expressed gene 3, MEG3)是一种由母系印记基因编码的lncRNA,对其功能的研究表明,MEG3在消化道肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥着重要的抑癌作用.本文就近几年对MEG3在胃癌、胆囊癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、结直肠癌等消化道肿瘤中的研究进展作一概述.
