恶性腹水的治疗新观点

摘要

恶性腹水是由各种恶性肿瘤引起的腹水,预后差,平均生存期约20周.恶性腹水常见于卵巢癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结肠癌等.原发病灶不同,预后存在明显差异,以胃肠道来源的恶性腹水预后最差,生存期仅12 ～ 20周.由于恶性腹水形成原因多,发病机制复杂,临床上治疗非常困难.本文将对恶性腹水的相关治疗进展作一概述.%Malignant ascites is caused by malignant tumor,the prognosis is poor,and the average survival time is about 20 weeks.Malignant ascites are caused by ovarian cancer,liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,gastric cancer,esophagus cancer and colorectal cancer and so on.The difference of primary lesions results in different prognosis,worst for the malignant ascites caused by gastric tumor,the survival time is from 12 to 20 weeks.Due to the complication of the cause and pathogenesis of malignant ascites,it is difficult to treat in clinic.In this paper,some new progresses of treatment in malignant ascites were reviewed.
