局灶性脂肪肝合并肝内胆管细胞癌:1例报道

摘要

分析1例患者临床及影像学特点,排除肝细胞癌、转移癌、血管瘤和囊肿等,最后通过病理确诊为肝内胆管细胞癌( intrahepatic cholangiocar-cinoma,iCCA).本文旨在正确认识局灶性脂肪肝和iCCA,关键是临床经验、影像学表现及文献资料的结合(必要时活检),其中影像学检查的合理运用及对其结果的仔细分析占据了重要地位.%To analyse the clinical and image characteristics of the patient, and exclude hepatocellular carcinoma, metastatic carcinoma, hemangioma, cyst, et al, the intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) was confirmed by pathological diagnosis finally. To recognize focal fatty liver with iCCA in correct, the key is to combine clinical experience, imaging findings and documentations (biopsy if necessary). The reasonable utilization of imaging examination and the detailed analysis of its results play important roles.
