Toll样受体在寄生虫引起的肝胆管纤维化中的作用

         

摘要

Toll-like receptors are important transmembrane receptors in innate immune system. They can recognize almost all pathogens, including many bacteria, fungi, viruses, and parasites. Pathogen-associated biliary fibrosis is a type of liver fibrosis characterized by injuries of cholangiocytes and extracellular matrix (ECM) deposition around bile ducts caused by various bacteria,fungi,viruses and parasites. Recent studies show that Toll-like receptors play impor-tant roles in various liver fibrosis,including the biliary fibrosis caused by parasites. This paper reviewed the new pro-gress in the role of Toll-like receptors induced biliary fibrosis and discussed that Toll-like receptors could be a potential drug target for the treatment of biliary fibrosis caused by parasites.%Toll样受体是先天免疫系统中一类重要的跨膜受体.它可识别几乎所有的病原体,包括各种细菌、真菌、病毒和寄生虫.病原体相关性肝胆管纤维化是一种由各种细菌、真菌、病毒和寄生虫导致的胆管细胞损伤和细胞外基质(extracellular matrix, ECM)沉积在胆管周围而形成的一种肝脏纤维化.最近研究表明,Toll样受体在各种肝纤维化中起重要作用,包括寄生虫引起的肝胆管纤维化.本文对Toll样受体在寄生虫引起的肝胆管纤维化中作用的新进展作一概述,并对Toll样受体可能作为一个潜在的药物靶点治疗寄生虫引起的肝胆管纤维化进行讨论.
