影响桡骨远端C型骨折内固定术后疗效的临床相关因素研究

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical related factors affecting C distal radiusfractures after internal ifxation effect. Method A retrospective analysis of 48 cases patients with fracture of the distal radius unstable C type, to study clinical related factors on the effect of C distal radius fractures after internal ifxationeffect. Result Logistic regression analysis showed that C related effects of distal radius fractures after internal ifxation effect had following factors:age, operation time, ifxation type;further analysis found that age<65 years old had better effect after curative than the patiens age≥65 years old, the operation time was less than13 days in patients with better curative effect than that more than 13 days, ifxation of patients with locking compression plate had better postoperative than that with T type plate. Conclusion Age, operation time and the internal ifxation type are the related factors of C distal radius fractures after internal ifxation treatment, early age of onset, early surgery is conducive to the treatment of the disease. Application of locking compression plate compare with T type plate shows obvious better curative effect.%目的：探讨影响桡骨远端C型骨折内固定术后疗效的临床相关因素。方法回顾性分析本院不稳定性桡骨远端C型骨折患者48例，分析影响桡骨远端C型骨折内固定术后疗效的临床相关因素。结果 Logistic回归分析结果显示桡骨远端C型骨折内固定术后疗效的相关影响因素包括：年龄、术前等待时间、内固定物类型；进一步分析后发现，年龄＜65岁患者较≥65岁患者术后疗效好，术前等待时间＜13天的患者较≥13天的患者术后疗效好，内固定物为锁定加压钢板较T型钢板术后疗效好。结论年龄、术前等待时间和内固定物类型是桡骨远端C型骨折内固定术后疗效的相关影响因素，发病年龄早，尽早手术，有利于该病的治疗。应用锁定加压钢板较T型钢板疗效显著。
