酪酸杆菌双歧杆菌二联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗急性胃肠炎效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨酪酸杆菌双歧杆菌二联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗急性胃肠炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的200例急性胃肠炎患者为研究对象，将其分为对照组与研究组，对照组患者给予酪酸杆菌双歧杆菌二联活菌治疗，研究组患者给予酪酸杆菌双歧杆菌二联活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分、血清生化指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者各临床症状评分及总分比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者各临床症状评分及总分均较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05），研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者血清降钙素原（PCT）、白细胞介素（IL）-6、IL-8水平均高于正常值，且两组间比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）；治疗后两组患者血清PCT、IL-6、IL-8水平均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.05），研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗过程中药物耐受性良好，未发生明显不良反应。结论酪酸杆菌双歧杆菌二联活菌可较强抑制病原菌生长，蒙脱石散可有效吸附、消除病原体，增强机体抵抗力。二者联用可有效降低细菌感染程度，减轻细胞炎性反应，改善患者临床症状。%ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of butyric acid bacteria bifidobacteria duplex living bacterium combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Method200 cases of acute gastroenteritis patients from June 2013 to June 2014 treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and experimental group, control group patients were given butyric acid bacillus biifdobacterium duplex living bacterium alone. Experimental group patients were treated with butyric acid bacteria biifdobacteria duplex living bacterium combined with montmorillonite powder. The curative effect, clinical symptom scores before and after treatment, serum biochemical index levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultThere were no significant differences in clinical symptom scores and total scores between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05); the clinical symptom scores and total scores of the two groups after treatment were signiifcantly improved (P<0.05), experimental group were lower than control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the levels of serum PCT, IL-8, IL-6 in the two groups were higher than normal, and the differences between the two groups were not signiifcant (P>0.05); after treatment the indexes in the two groups were signiifcantly decreased (P<0.05), experimental group were lower than control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of experimental group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Two groups patients in the treatment of drug resistance was good, no obvious adverse reactions occurred.ConclusionButyric acid bacteria biifdobacteria duplex living bacterium can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, montmorillonite powder can reduce or eliminate pathogens, adsorption, strengthen the body resistance. So the two combination can effectively improve the degree of bacterial infection, reduce inlfammatory reaction cell, improve clinical symptoms.
