葛根素注射液联合氟伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛临床效果及其对炎性因子的影响

摘要

目的：探讨葛根素注射液联合氟伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及其对炎性因子的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2013年12月于本院就诊的168例老年不稳定型心绞痛患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各84例。在常规治疗基础上，对照组患者给予氟伐他汀治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上联合葛根素注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前后不稳定型心绞痛发作频率、持续时间及炎性因子水平。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前心绞痛发作频率与持续时间比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组患者心绞痛发作频率与持续时间均有不同程度的减少和缩短，观察组显著少于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素（IL）-6、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组患者上述指标均有不同程度降低，观察组各指标均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论葛根素注射液联合氟伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛效果显著，减少不稳定型心绞痛发作频率，缩短发作持续时间，并明显减轻机体炎性反应，临床值得进一步研究。%ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of puerarin injection combined with lfuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and its effects on inlfammatory factors.Method Selected from January 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital for treatment of 168 cases of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris as the research objects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 84 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, control group were treated with lfuvastatin, observation group were treated with puerarin injection on the basis of control group. The clinical efficacy, duration and occurrence frequency of unstable angina puerarin before and after treatment, levels of inlfammatory factors between the two groups were compared. ResultThe total effective rate in observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Before the treatment, angina frequency and duration of two groups of patients had no signiifcant differences (P>0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were decreased and shortened, and observation group was signiifcantly less than control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-6, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels between the two groups had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, these indicators of the two groups were decreased with different degrees and observation group were lower than control group (P<0.05). ConclusionPuerarin injection combined with lfuvastatin in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris has curative effect, reduce the incidence of unstable angina frequency, shorten the duration of episodes, and signiifcantly reduce the inlfammatory response, worthy of further study.
