目的：探讨湿热敷、多磺酸黏多糖乳膏、水胶体敷贴、赛肤润液体敷料对外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheter，PICC）置管后机械性静脉炎的预防效果。方法选取2014年4月至2014年8月于本院肿瘤科行 PICC 置管的145例患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法将入选患者分为 A 组（湿热敷）、B 组（多磺酸黏多糖乳膏）、C 组（水胶体敷贴）与 D 组（赛肤润）液体敷料，进行前瞻性随机对照研究，比较 PICC 置管2周内四组患者机械性静脉炎的发生率及严重程度。结果四组患者机械性静脉炎发生率比较差异均无显著性（P ＞0.05）。A 组、B 组、C 组、D 组患者机械性静脉炎严重程度由重至轻依次为 C 组、B 组、D 组、A 组（P ＜0.05），平均轶次分别为68.74、70.12、82.54、69.87。结论湿热敷、多磺酸黏多糖乳膏、水胶体敷贴、赛肤润液体敷料均可有效降低 PICC 置管后机械性静脉炎的发生率，但湿热敷能更有效地减轻机械性静脉炎的症状，是 PICC 置管后预防机械性静脉炎最有效的方法。%Objective To discuss the preventive effects of wet-hot compress, MPS cream, hydrocolloid application, sanyrene on mechanical phlebitis after peripherally inserted central venous catheters (peripherally inserted central catheter, PICC) catheter. Method 145 case of PICC line patients in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2014 were chosen, according to the random number table method they were divided into group A (wet-hot compress), group B (MPS cream), group C (hydrocolloid application), group D (sanyrene). A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted, compared PICC catheter of 4 groups patients with mechanical phlebitis incidence and severity in 2 weeks. Result 4 groups of patients with mechanical phlebitis incidence there was no significant difference observed in the comparison (P > 0.05). Group A and group B, C, D patients with mechanical phlebitis severity from heavy to light followed by group C, group B, group D and group A (P < 0.05), the average proliferation time were 68.74, 70.12, 82.54, 69.87, respectively. Conclusion Wet-hot compress, MPS cream and hydrocolloid application, sanyrene can all effectively reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis after PICC line, but wet-hot compress can reduce mechanical phlebitis symptoms more effectively. It is the most effective way to prevent mechanical phlebitis after PICC line.
