冷冻对小鼠2-4细胞胚胎细胞骨架结构的影响

摘要

目的：探讨胚胎冷冻技术对小鼠2-4细胞胚胎细胞骨架结构的影响。方法用抗骨架蛋白 actin 的单克隆抗体进行免疫染色，激光共聚焦显微镜观察经过慢速冷冻小鼠2-细胞、4-细胞胚胎的细胞骨架结构的状况。结果以丙二醇为冷冻保护剂，采用慢速冷冻-快速解冻的方式冷冻小鼠2-细胞、4-细胞胚胎对胚胎细胞骨架结构的分布特点没有明显影响，荧光强度定量分析表明冷冻胚胎荧光强度与未冷冻胚胎的荧光强度相比，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。结论冷冻对小鼠2-细胞和4-细胞胚胎的细胞骨架结构没有明显影响。%Objective TO investigate the effects Of cryOPreservatiOn On the cytOskeletOn Of 2 - 4cell mOuse embryOs.
