重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的疗效.方法 选取2016年2月至2017年7月在衡水市第二人民医院就诊的126例高危型HPV感染患者病例资料,根据用药方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,各63例.两组患者均采用阴道上药,均于月经干净后开始(绝经或子宫切除患者不受此限).研究组先用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,1g/次/d,连用15 d,停用后再使用乳酸菌阴道胶囊,2粒/次/d,连用7 d,经期停药,连用3个疗程;对照组用重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶,1 g/次/d,连用22 d,经期停药,连用3个疗程.停药半月后复查宫颈液基细胞检测和HPV,并行阴道分泌物微生态分析.结果 研究组总有效率(82.54 %)高于对照组(53.97 %);研究组阴道微生态恢复率(90.48 %)高于对照组(61.90 %),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗高危型HPV感染,在抗病毒治疗期间同时调整阴道微生态,可有效提高治疗效果.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of recombinant human interferon alpha -2b gel combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules in the treatment of high -risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods From February 2016 to July 2017, 126 cases of patients with high -risk HPV infection in The Second People's Hospital of Hengshui were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group(63 cases)used recombinant human interferon alpha -2b gel combined with lacidophilin vaginal capsules,after menstruation with recombinant human interferon alpha -2b vaginal gel ointment,1g once a day,for 15 days. Disable and then use lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsules,2 capsules /times /d,for 7 days,withdrawal during menstruation,use 3 courses.The control group(63 cases),using recombinant human interferon alpha -2b vaginal gel ointment,once a day,1g once,for 22 days,menstrual withdrawal for 3 courses.Results After half a month, TCT(liquid based thin layer cell detection, thinprep cytologic test)and HPV were examined,and microbiological analysis of vaginal secretions, the total effective rate of the study group (82.54 %)was higher than that of the control group(53.97 %),and the vaginal microflora recovery rate in the study group(90.48 %)was higher than that in the control group(61.90 %), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of high -risk HPV infection,during antiviral treatment at the same time to adjust the vaginal microecology,can effectively improve the treatment effect.
