ETPE发射药表观黏度的实验研究

摘要

利用ARES应变流变仪测试了不同ETPE发射药配方的表观黏度,并对实验结果进行了数学处理,得到ETPE发射药不同配方的表观黏度与剪切应力关系式.结果表明,影响ETPE发射药表观黏度的主要因素是热塑性弹性体ETPE的相对分子质量、固体添加剂RDX的质量分数及其表面特性以及实验温度.用惰性材料处理RDX表面是调节ETPE发射药表观黏度较为适宜的方法,不但可以大幅度降低表观黏度,而且有利于提高生产过程的安全性.%The apparent viscosity of the ETPE propellants with different compositions was measured with an ARES rheometer, experimental results were treated and the equations describing the apparent viscosity vs. Shearing stress relationship of ETPE propellants were got. The results show that principal factors affecting the apparent viscosity of the ETPE propellants are molecular weight of thermoplastic elastomer-BAMO/AMMO copolymer? Mass fraction of solid additive-RDX and its surface performance, and experiment temperature. Treatment for RDX by inertial material is suitable way to adjust the apparent viscosity of ETPE propellant, which can reduce the apparent viscosity and improve the safety of ETPE propellant processing.
