The thermal decomposition processes of solid HMX in vacuum were investigated by a new continuous gasometric instrument (QJ-VST). The results show that the maximum gas volume Vmax of solid HMX decomposition is 558. 05mL/g. The kinetic mechanism functions are different before and after decomposition of solid HMX at 200-300℃. In the range of 0 -15% of conversion degree of HMX follows Avrami-Erofeyev equation (n=1) while the activation energy Ea is 149. 6 kJ/mol and ln(A/s-1) is 24. 65. In the range of 15% - 70% follows Avrami-Erofeyev equation (n=3) while the activation energy Ea is 145. 5 kJ/mol and ln(A/s-1) is 25. 25.%采用全浸式真空安定性试验仪,在接近真空的密闭条件下对HMX的等温全分解过程进行实时监测.结果表明,固态HMX全分解放出的气体量为558.05 mL/g;在200~230℃,固态HMX分解前后两个阶段有不同的动力学机理函数,分解深度为0~15%时,其反应机理函数符合成核和生长(n=1)的Avrami-Erofeyev方程,表观活化能和指前因子分别为Ea=149.6 kJ/mol,ln(A/s-1)=24.65;分解深度为15%~70%时,其反应机理函数符合成核和生长(n=3)的Avrami-Erofeyev方程,表观活化能和指前因子分别为Ea=145.5 kJ/mol,ln(A/s-1)=25.25.
