单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎发病机制的研究进展

摘要

单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)是一种感染单纯疱疹病毒引起的高发病率、高致盲性的眼病,其发病机制复杂,是相关领域研究的热点.目前认为HSK是病毒感染后引起的免疫反应,与感染途径、免疫调控等多方面的因素有关.HSK具有难治性及易复发等特点,在临床上应引起眼科医师的重视.从病毒感染与潜伏、细胞凋亡和免疫应答等方面就HSK的发病机制研究进展进行综述.%Herpes simplex keratitis (HSK),which is caused by infection of herpes simplex virus,is a kind of disease with high incidence and blinding rate.The mechanism of HSK is complex and always attracts the attention of researchers.It is considered as an immune response to viral infection and is related to several factors,such as pathway of infection and immunoregulation.This review reveals the latest advance of the mechanism of HSK in the aspects of viral infection and latency,apoptosis,immunity.
