富含半胱氨酸蛋白61在新生血管性眼底病中的作用

摘要

富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(CYR61)是一种分泌性蛋白,具有4个不同的结构域,为其在多种细胞生命活动中发挥重要作用提供了结构基础.CYR61可调控多种细胞因子表达及信号通路,参与细胞的增生、迁移、黏附、血管新生、炎性介质调控、胚胎发育、骨及软骨的形成等过程,因其具有能显著促进新生血管形成的重要功能而受到广泛关注.本文对CYR61在新生血管性眼底病,如糖尿病视网膜病变、早产儿视网膜病变、湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性中的作用做一综述,为理解新生血管性眼底病发病机制及治疗策略提供新的思路.%Cysteine-rich protein 61 (CYR61) is a secreted protein.It consists of four different structural domains and plays an important role in all kinds of cell life activities,such as proliferation,migration,adhesion,angiogenesis,inflammation regulation,embryogenesis and cartilage formation,by the means of controlling variety of cytokines and signaling pathways.Meanwhile,it also has been widely concerned because of its critical function in neovascularization.In this paper,we present the research progress in CYR61 and its application in ocular fundus neovascular disease,such as diabetic retinopathy,retinopathy of prematurity and wet age-related macular degeneration,in the structure of review,so as to provide a new perspective on the pathogenesis and therapy of ocular fundus neovascular disease.
