Objective This study aims to establish classical reassortment platform to produce seasonal influenza vaccine strain in China.Methods A representative wild type influenza A H1N1 virus (A/Sichuan/1/2009) was selected to reassort with an egg adapted donator X157.Three sera suppressions were performed to select egg adapted high yield candidate vaccine strain.Results The reassortant virus was characterized and the result showed that two surface proteins were from wild type virus and internal genes M and NP were from donor.The HA titer was 1024.The reassortant was antigenically similar with wild type virus.Conclusion The reassortant is an egg adapt high yield virus.The establishment of the classical reassortment platform lays the foundation for developing seasonal influenza vaccine viruses in China.%目的 在国家流感中心建立经典重配技术平台,使我国具备制备季节性流感疫苗株的能力.方法 我国甲型H1N1流感病毒的代表毒株A/四川/1/2009与母本毒株X157重配,经3轮血清筛选以获得鸡胚高产疫苗候选株.结果 经鉴定,重配毒株的表面基因HA和NA均来自野毒株,内部基因M和NP来自母本毒株.重配株的血凝效价为1024,抗原性分析表明重配株与野毒株无抗原性差异.结论 重配毒株为鸡胚高产株,为我国自主研发季节性流感疫苗株奠定了基础.
