目的 评价人工心脏起搏治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效和安全性及随访程控的内容和意义.方法 对置入人工心脏起搏器的缓慢性心律失常患者共204例进行分析,总结临床疗效和并发症,对其中178例(87%)进行定期随访程控,并对结果进行分析.结果 所有患者全部手术成功,术前黑矇晕厥等症状消失.主要并发症为电极脱位3例:心室电极脱位1例(0.5%),心房电极脱位2例(1.0%),囊袋血肿、胸膜反应、起搏器突然失灵各1例(0.5%).结论 人工心脏起搏是治疗缓慢性心律失常安全有效的方法.定期随访程控使起搏器发挥更好的治疗效果.%Objective To review the curative effect and safety of artificial cardiac pacing in the treatment of bradyarrhythmias and the content and significant of follow-up and programming. Methods The patients with bradyarrhythmias (n = 204) being implanted artificial cardiac pacemaker were analysed and the curative effect and complications were summed up. Among all patients 178 (87％) were given routine follow-up and programming and the results were studied. Results The implantation of artificial cardiac pacemaker was success in all patients and the preoperative symptoms including amaurosis and syncope disappeared. There were 3 cases with complications of electrode dislocation,including ventricular electrode dislocation in 1 case (0.5％) and atrial electrode dislocation in 2 cases ( 1.0％ ),and other complications including pocket hematoma in 1 case (0.5％) ,pleural reaction in 1 case (0.5％) and sudden failure of pacemaker in 1 case (0.5％). Conclusion Artificial cardiac pacemaker is a safe and effective method for treating bradyarrhythmias, and the routine follow-up and progrannning can improve this effect.
