In order to evaluate the industrial fatigue of the employees, an investigation was carried out in a machinery manufacturer in Wuxi. The content of the questionnaires were included Subjective Fatigue Symptoms (New E-dition) , Body' s Tired Parts of Japan and so on. Questionnaires were distributed to 95 employees. The results of the Subjective Fatigue Symptoms showed that all the scores were higher at the end of the working day than that of the beginning , especially in languidness and blurry vision. The results of the Body' s Tired Parts showed that the tired parts changed over time,"the upper limbs" and "legs" were the most complained parts among all workers. The results of our study also indicated that the questionnaires could apply to Chinese enterprises basically, but in the applications and promotion to other companies or industry, further discussion and investigation were necessary to adjust to Chinese national conditions.%为了解制造业员工的作业疲劳,本研究利用日本新版<自觉症状调查表>和<身体疲劳部位调杳>,以无锡某机械制造企业95名员工为对象进行了调查.结果发现,自觉症状随着工作时间的推移有增大趋势,疲劳部位中上肢部和下肢部的主诉率增幅较大.调查也说明此表基本适用于我国企业,但在其他企业、行业的应用,尚需结合我国国情对项目内容作进一步研究探讨.
