This paper is concerned with the spectrum of a class of 2n -order weighted differential operators. In terms of the method of certain weighted Sobolev spaces to be compactly embedded in weighted L2(R), a sufficient and necessary condition is obtained to ensure that the spectrum is discrete.%应用加权Sobolev空间到加权L2(R)空间紧嵌入的方法,得到了一类微分算子谱是离散的充分必要条件.
