EPB盾构机推进系统振动响应分析

         

摘要

盾构机推进系统可以看作一个振动系统,为了研究土压平衡式(earth pressure balance ,EPB)盾构机推进系统对初始条件的振动响应,用模态迭加法推导了无阻尼系统对初始条件的振动响应计算公式,在此基础上考虑地基弹簧的影响建立了五自由度无阻尼EPB推进系统振动模型,并推导了该振动模型对初始条件的振动响应.分析算例振动响应得出了绕 X轴和Y 轴的初始角度对推进系统的姿态影响很大.当初始角度为1°时,盾构机推进系统就会发生高达27.53°的偏转,这样对盾构机姿态角的调整会产生很大的挑战,甚至会使盾构机偏离计划路线太多无法完成掘进工作.研究结果对工程上EPB盾构机掘进过程中姿态角调整具有一定理论指导意义.%The shield machine's thrust system can be seen as a vibration system .The computa-tional formula of the vibration response of the non-damping system to initial conditions was de-rived by using modal superposition method in order to study the response of the EPB's thrust sys-tem to initial conditions ,and based on w hich the 5 degrees of freedom non-damping thrust system vibration model was built considering the foundation spring .And then vibration response to ini-tial conditions is derived that initial angles around the X-axis and Y-axis have great influence on the attitude of the thrust system ,and the deflection of the thrust system will be up to 27.53° w hen the initial angle is 1° ,that makes a great challenge to adjust the angle of the shield machine attitude ,and even the shield will deviate from the planned route and be unable to complete the excavation work .The research has a theoretical guidance for the EPB shield machine attitude ad-justment .
