Self-Bank 银纳米粒子导电膜的制备

     

摘要

A novel method of fabricating thin film of self-bank metal conductor is studied. The metal conduc-tor is designed to create its bank spontaneously utilizing self-bank effect. A substrate is prepared by form-ing a uniform film of poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA). Silver nanoparticles are dispersed in suitable solvent which has solubility of PMMA and form nanorparticle fluid suspension(NPFS). When the NPFS is injected onto the PMMA film of the substrate, the solvent dissolves PMMA film creating a restricted area for silver nanoparticle material and defines bank of the conductive area. The PMMA film is then removed during sintering and the self-bank metal conductor is formed thereby.%研究了一种制备金属纳米粒子导电膜的新方法 self-bank 方式.该金属导电层利用 self-bank 效应自发产生边界.基板上先沉积一层均匀的 PMMA 作为绝缘层.银纳米颗粒分散在适当的溶剂中形成纳米粒子悬浊液,该溶剂可以同时溶解PMMA.当纳米颗粒悬浊液滴在基板上的PMMA层上时,溶剂溶解掉该区域的 PMMA 并在该区域的边缘构成导电层的边界,同时改善了金属膜的成膜均匀性和导电性.最后 PMMA 通过退火去除后,以此形成 self-bank 的金属导电层.
