汽车发动机电动冷却风扇智能控制系统设计

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of fan cooling in automobile engine,based on the working principle of engine cool?ing system,the control requirement and strategy of the electric cooling fan is discussed. The intelligent control sys?tem of cooling fan and the hardware and software of the control unit of the electric fan are designed. AMEsim simula?tion model is established. The temperature change of engine coolant under different working conditions is simulated and analyzed. When at the motor speeds 2000 r/min,2500 r/min,2800 r/min,the cooling liquid temperatures of the engine outlet are 80°,82° and 85° respectively by the designed control system,test experiment is made under the input maximum temperature of 93.7°,the output maximum water temperature is 101.8℃. The test results show that the system can ensure the engine thermal balance,control system has a stable control effect.%针对汽车发动机风扇冷却存在的问题,基于发动机冷却系统的工作原理,探讨了电动冷却风扇的控制需求和策略,设计了冷却风扇智能控制系统.建立了AMEsim仿真模型,仿真分析了不同工况下发动机冷却液的温度变化,电动机转速在2000 r/min、2500 r/min、2800 r/min时,发动机出口冷却液温度分别为80℃、82℃和85℃.设计了控制系统测试实验,在进水温度最高93.7℃条件下,出水最高温度101.8℃,测试结果显示该系统能够保证发动机热平衡,控制系统具有稳定的控制效果.
