基于FPGA的无人机撞击混凝土靶过载测试系统

         

摘要

Aiming at the problems such as the complicated process,high cost and the test blind spot of the current unmanned aerial vehicle impact test,a design method of overloading the concrete target is designed. The system uses FPGA as the main control unit, combined with the double-plane work of large-capacity FLASH chip, to achieve overload test data storage and return,through software crash simulation and model test to determine the sensor selec-tion and equipment installation location. The system has been successfully applied to real impact test,and measured the impact overload peak 2502 gn,the impact velocity of 198 m/s,the analysis of the test data and the simulation data comparison verify the reliability of the system.%针对当前无人机撞击混凝土靶过载试验测试过程复杂、成本高且存在测试盲区等问题,设计了一种无人机撞击混凝土靶过载测试系统.该系统以FPGA为主控单元,结合双平面工作方式的大容量FLASH芯片,实现过载测试数据的存储及回传,通过软件碰撞仿真和模型机试验确定传感器的选型和设备安装位置.该系统已成功应用到真机撞击试验,并测得撞击过载峰值为2502 gn,撞击速度198 m/s,经实测试数据与仿真数据对比分析,验证了系统的可靠性.
