温度和水分对变压器内绝缘电荷分布的影响研究

     

摘要

油纸老化期间,水分和温度会对其内部电荷的分布带来重要影响.针对水分和温度带来的影响,通过对制备的样品施加交流电压,来得出油纸系统内部的电导率、相对介电常数、介损因数等频域参数的变化情况;通过选取特征量,得出频域参数与电荷之间的具体关系,为判断油纸绝缘水平提供一种新方法.结果表明:在复合电压作用下,油中电荷分布随水分含量的增加而密集,随温度的升高转移速度加快;水分和温度的升高对频域参数均会产生很大的影响,对电导率的影响尤其明显;在温度为30℃时,提取含水量为10×10-6、20×10-6、30×10-6、40×10-6和50×10-6为特征量,得出对应的频域参数和电荷分布之间的关系,进而得出电荷分布对油纸系统绝缘老化的影响情况,为进一步研究油纸系统绝缘老化的判定方法提供新思路.%In the period of Oil paper aging,moisture and temperature would have an important impact on the distribu-tion of the internal charge. To the influence of moisture and temperature, applying AC voltage to the samples, the change of conductivity,dielectric constant,dielectric loss factor were got and selecting the features,the relationship between frequency parameters and electronic charges was also got, it provides a new method to determine the insulation level. The results show that under the effect of composite voltage,oil charge distribution would concentrate with the increasing of water content,the transfer speed would accelerate with temperature increasing. Increasing of the moisture and temperature,the frequency domain parameters would have a significant impact and the effects on the conductivity are most obvious. At the temperature of 30,water content of 10×10-6,20×10-6,30×10-6,40×10-6 and 50×10-6 were extracted as the characteristic parameter,obtaining the relationship between frequency parameters and charge distribution to draw the charge distribution to the system of oil paper insulation aging effect. It provides a new idea for the further research of the determination method for the aging of oil-paper insulation.
