纳洛酮和单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂治疗颅脑损伤的间接Meta分析

摘要

目的：系统评价纳洛酮和单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂（GM1）治疗颅脑损伤的疗效。方法：以间接Meta分析的方法对已有研究进行合并，系统评价两种药物治疗颅脑损伤的GOS恢复良好率。结果：纳洛酮和GM1的GOS恢复良好率分别为69.15％和55.61％。结论：在治疗颅脑损伤的GOS恢复良好率方面，纳洛酮明显优于GM1。%Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of curative effects of treating head injury between naloxone and GM1.Methods:GOS good recovery rate was taken as effectiveness indicator.An indirect Meta-analysis was developed.Results:The GOS good recovery rates are 69.15%and 55.61%for naloxone and GM1 respectively.Conclusion:The research showed that GOS good recov-ery rate in naloxone arm is better than that in GM 1 arm.
