注射用还原型谷胱甘肽致过敏性休克

One 55-year-old male patient admitted to hospital due to abdominal pain. He had a history of allergic asthma and liver damage. As soon as glutathione was injected intravenously, he suffered with anaphylaxis, presenting with severe chest tightness, shortness of breath, lips cyanosis, diffuse bilateral expiratory wheezes and cardiac arrest. He was treated with oxygen therapy, salbutamol, dexamethasone, aminophylline, etc. After 7 minutes, all of the symptoms mentioned disappeared.%1例55岁男性患者,因腹痛原因待查、过敏性哮喘、肝功能损害入院.因肝功能损害给予注射用还原型谷胱甘肽1.2 g静脉滴注,输液中发生过敏性休克.病人先后出现剧烈胸闷气促、口唇发绀、两肺闻及大量哮呜音、心跳停止,呼吸浅慢,口唇青紫.先后给予吸氧、沙丁胺醇气雾剂100 μg、地塞米松注射液10 mg静注、氨茶碱注射液0.25 g快速静脉滴注、心三联静脉注射,并行心外按压等治疗.7 min后症状缓解.
