国外患者用药说明书的设计与实践概述

摘要

专门针对患者设计的用药说明书以患者能够理解的语言和形式传递药物信息，在一定程度上降低了药品说明书的阅读难度。目前，美国、澳大利亚、欧洲和新加坡在患者用药说明书的设计和实践上较为成熟，有患者药品说明书、用药指导、药物信息标签、消费者用药信息、患者信息单等多种形式。它们的设计由统一的法规和指南指导，考虑了患者的健康素养和阅读能力，采用信息设计的理念，注重用药风险和不良反应的提醒。国外患者用药说明书的设计理念和实践经验对我国有很好的借鉴意义。%Patient medication information conveys medication information in a more easily understood expression and form, which reduces reading difficulty of package insert to a great extent. America, Australia, European countries and Singapore developed a mature patient medication information system, including Patient Package Insert, Medication Guides, Drug Facts Label, Consumer Medicine Information, Patient Information Sheet and other forms. Guided by regulations and guidelines, package insert took patients' health literacy and comprehension into consideration, employed the idea of information design, as well as focusing on risks and adverse reactions of drugs. The design and practice of patient medication information in foreign countries set a good example for us.
