Objective: To analyze the overall use of antidepressants in cancer patients in recent years, in order to provide data references for antidepressant treatment in cancer patients.Methods: The related data for antidepressants used in cancer outpatients and inpatients from 2012 to 2014 in 87 hospitals which participated in the project of prescriptions analysis in hospitals were analyzed by year and hospital category.Results:A total of 16 kinds of antidepressants were used in 87 hospitals from 2012 to 2014. The numbers of antidepressants' varieties used in cancer inpatients were integrally more than those in cancer outpatients for different levels hospitals and different years. By comparing data in different levels hospitals, except the grade-one hospitals in the three years, it was found that the ratios of antidepressants' cost, prescription number and using frequency among all the drugs used in cancer patients were not higher than 3.29‰. The ratios in outpatients were more than those in inpatients, while those ratios in specialized hospitals were basically lower than those in general hospitals. The average number of antidepressants' varieties used in different levels hospitals in the three years was not more than 1.13, and in specialized hospitals the number in outpatients was higher than that in inpatients. However, the result was opposite in general hospitals.Conclusion: The use of antidepressants differed between cancer outpatients and cancer inpatients in different levels hospitals, and was mainly monotherapy. However, the total use of antidepressants in cancer patients was very little, which need to be concerned.%目的：分析近年来国内肿瘤患者抗抑郁药物总体使用情况，为肿瘤患者抗抑郁治疗提供数据参考。方法：分别按年度、医院类别对2012年–2014年参与《医院处方分析》项目的87家医院的门诊、病房肿瘤患者抗抑郁药物使用相关数据进行统计分析。结果：2012年–2014年，87家医院共使用抗抑郁药物16种，各年度、各类医院病房肿瘤患者抗抑郁药物使用品种数整体多于门诊；除一级医院外，各年度抗抑郁药物在门诊、病房肿瘤患者所用药物中的金额占比、处方数占比、使用人次数占比最高为3.29‰，门诊大于病房，专科医院整体小于综合医院；各年度、各类医院门诊、病房肿瘤患者单次就诊抗抑郁药物使用品种数最多为1.13种，专科医院为门诊大于病房，综合医院为门诊小于病房。结论：抗抑郁药物在不同类型医院门诊与病房肿瘤患者间的使用存在差异，均以单一用药为主，但整体应用较低，值得关注。
