硫胺素与相关疾病的研究进展

摘要

The main function of thiamine is the form of coenzyme or cofactor involved in energy metabolism of organism, thiamine deficiency can weaken the body’s antioxidant capability, affecting the normal functioning of the metabolism of sugar. Recently, reports of the relationship between thiamine and some diseases are increasing. The author reviewed literatures, and summarized the important effect and mechanism of thiamine on Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, Wernicke’s encephalopathy, nerve inflammation, cancer and other diseases.%硫胺素主要是以辅酶或辅基的形式参与机体的能量代谢，缺乏硫胺素会削弱机体的抗氧化能力、影响糖代谢功能的正常发挥。近年来有关硫胺素与一些疾病关系的报道日益增多，笔者查阅相关文献，综述了硫胺素对阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease, AD）、糖尿病、韦尼克脑病、神经炎性反应、肿瘤等疾病的重要作用及影响机制。
