医患沟通在医疗服务中的作用浅析

摘要

Medical disputes are accompanied by medical services, through analyzing various causes of medical disputes, ineffective communication is the main reason. The author analyzed the skills of doctor-patient communication in every link of medical service, to resolve conflicts and avoide medical disputes, in order to provide references for hospital emergency management.%医疗纠纷是伴随医疗服务产生的，分析医疗纠纷产生的各种原因，其中沟通不畅是主要原因。笔者通过分析在医疗服务各环节中医患沟通，化解矛盾和避免医疗纠纷产生的技巧，以期为医院应急管理提供一定的借鉴。
